The standard that guides our work

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as a guide for our accessibility work. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review and improve content, components, and important customer paths as the website changes.

This statement describes our accessibility efforts and is not a certification that every page or feature conforms to every WCAG success criterion.

How we approach accessibility

Our accessibility work includes:

• Providing text alternatives for images that convey information.
• Considering color contrast, text readability, and browser zoom.
• Reviewing forms and interactive controls for keyboard and assistive-technology use.

Interactive and third-party features

Some website features use interactive or third-party technology. These include Marlo, our AI-assisted chat; visit scheduling; maps; video tours; floor plans; home configuration tools; and payment or pricing estimates. These features may not work equally well with every assistive technology.

We work to address accessibility issues within our control and to raise reported issues with relevant service providers. If a feature prevents you from obtaining information or completing a task, contact us and we will work with you to provide the information or assistance through another method appropriate to your needs.

Some prerecorded video tours may not yet include captions or transcripts, and some visual floor plans or configuration views may require an alternative explanation. Please contact us if you need that content in another format.
