Lowest Price, Guaranteed: Price Match Terms

How it works

• Bring us the competing written quote or purchase contract (the “Competing Quote”) before you sign your purchase agreement with us.
• We verify the Competing Quote against the qualification requirements below, which may include contacting the issuing dealership to confirm it is genuine and current.
• If it qualifies, we match the competing price for the identical home on an itemized, line-for-line basis. Verified matches are approved in writing by a Mission Made Homes manager and reflected in your written quote or purchase documents.

What qualifies

A Competing Quote qualifies for the Guarantee only if all of the following are true:

• Identical home. The quote is for the same manufacturer, same model and floor plan, same series and specification level, same dimensions, and the same options, upgrades, and included features as the home we quoted. Different models, series, spec levels, or option packages are not comparable, even if similar.
• California purchase and delivery. The home is to be delivered to and installed on a site in California, in an area the issuing dealer actually serves.
• Licensed California dealer with a physical retail presence. The quote is issued by a dealer holding a current California HCD dealer license, operating a staffed retail sales location or display lot in California. Quotes from online-only or wholesale sellers without a physical California retail sales presence, from private parties, or from unlicensed sellers do not qualify.
• In writing, dated within the last 10 days. The quote is a formal written quote or purchase contract on the dealer’s letterhead or standard forms, is dated within 10 days before the date you present it to us, and has not expired by its own terms.
• Approved by the issuing dealer’s management. The quote is signed by a manager or other authorized representative of the issuing dealership. Verbal quotes, advertised teaser prices, screenshots, price lists, and unsigned worksheets do not qualify.
• Complete and itemized. The quote states the price of the home and separately identifies what is and is not included (such as delivery, foundation or pier setup, installation, and permits) in enough detail for a line-for-line comparison. We match on an equivalent-scope basis: home price against home price, and included work against the same included work.
• Currently available. The quoted home is available for order or purchase from the issuing dealer on the quoted terms at the time we verify the quote.

What is excluded

• Used, pre-owned, repossessed, or previously titled homes; display or model homes; clearance, liquidation, auction, damaged, or distressed inventory.
• Employee, family-and-friends, membership, or other non-public pricing; manufacturer or dealer incentives not available to the general public.
• Package or bundled transactions that include land, trade-ins, financing incentives, or other consideration that prevents a line-for-line comparison of the home and its installation.
• Prices from sellers outside California, or for homes to be sited outside California.
• Taxes, government fees, titling and registration, escrow charges, and financing terms, which are set by law or by third parties and are not matched.
• Obvious misprints, mathematical errors, or quotes we reasonably determine to be altered, unauthorized, or not genuine.

Additional terms

• One price match per home purchase. The Guarantee must be requested before you sign your purchase agreement with us; it does not apply retroactively to signed contracts.
• Matching means we match the qualifying competing price for the equivalent scope; the remainder of your itemized quote is unaffected.
• We may verify any Competing Quote directly with the issuing dealership before approving a match, and a match is not effective until confirmed in writing by a Mission Made Homes manager.
• Submitting an altered or fabricated quote voids the Guarantee and may void related pricing.
• We may modify or discontinue the Guarantee prospectively at any time; the version in effect when you present your Competing Quote applies to that request. The Guarantee does not change any right you have under applicable law.

Why we can offer this

We buy in volume for our own build-to-rent communities and our retail customers, and our affiliated licensed contractor performs delivery and installation directly. Because every Mission Made Homes quote is fully itemized (home, delivery, foundation, setup, and permits), an identical home is directly comparable line by line, and we are confident in where our pricing stands.
