About Champion
Redman is one of the oldest names in American factory-built housing. The Redman family built their first home in 1930 and incorporated the Redman Trailer Company in 1937, growing it over the decades into Redman Industries, which became one of the largest manufactured home builders in the country.
In 1996 Redman, then the third largest manufactured home company in the United States, merged into Champion. Champion itself started in 1953 with a single factory in Dryden, Michigan, combined with Skyline Corporation in 2018, and took the Champion Homes name in 2024. Together the company has built more than three million factory homes.
We carry the Redman Creekside Manor series: value-focused floor plans, from single-section homes to large multi-section family layouts, finished with granite kitchens, taped-and-textured drywall, and Cemplank fiber-cement siding, all built to the federal HUD Code.
How they build
Every Redman home is built indoors on a controlled Champion production line and inspected to the federal HUD Code before it ships. Building at scale means tight, repeatable processes and consistent quality from one home to the next, with energy-efficient options across the lineup.
Warranty
Redman homes come with a 7-year limited warranty, with factory-installed appliances and systems carrying their own separate warranties. We add local service support after delivery.
